Juju Sundin
Sundin is an Australian physiotherapist who spent decades in delivery rooms and built a childbirth method around treating labour pain as an active physical event rather than something to endure quietly: movement, sound, and specific techniques for each stage. Birth Skills, written with Sarah Murdoch, is the manual, and it is aimed at women who intend to use less pain relief but does not moralise about those who do not. The classes ran in Sydney for many years and the approach is taught by physiotherapists elsewhere.
