Vex King
Grew up in west London, self-published Good Vibes, Good Life after building an audience on Instagram, and it became one of the bestselling self-help books in Britain.
The material is short-form by design, closer to a collection of reflections than a sustained argument, and it moves between self-worth, boundaries and manifestation. King writes about racism and poverty in his own upbringing more directly than most of the genre does, which is what separates it from the wall of similar covers.
