A line under the title says that today the weapon most effective in destroying a man's hopes and security is the file folder, and that was the weapon Morely knew and loved. The text shows District Leader Howard Morely leaning back in his seat to glance down at the bay. The text shows Morely hovering his machine for a moment to watch the ships jockey for position, sometimes barely avoiding collisions in the stream of traffic.
In the text, Graham is called a crackpot who had finally come up with something definite, and Morely smiled again. The text says the agents covering that project had reported that the device seemed to be merely another fairly good means of communication. The text shows Paul Graham sweeping into the apartment, seizing his wife about the waist and swinging her into the air to set her on top of one of his bookcases.
