About this book

Thich Nhat Hanh’s “How to Love: ”The Art of Caring” is an instalment in the “Mindfulness Essentials” series, which serves as an introduction to the concept of love. The author distills one of our strongest emotions down to four essentials: in fact, you love only if you can love yourself; love is acceptance.
