About this book

After a decade working in the restaurant world, Kate Allinson and her co-author joined a weight-loss group and found few easy, tasty recipe ideas, so they began sharing their own on a website. The book gathers 22 of the site's all-time favourites and 80 new recipes, including lighter 'fakeaways' of takeaway dishes. Most take under 30 minutes to prepare.
