David Estes

David Estes writes science fiction and fantasy, with several early novels linked through a shared dystopian future. The Star Dwellers is second in the Dwellers Saga, continuing Adele and Tristan’s conflict across the underground Tri-Realms. Ice Country is the second Country Saga volume and shifts the viewpoint to Dazz within a cold surface society. Water and Storm Country follows as that trilogy’s third book, dividing its story between Huck of the seafaring Soakers and Sadie of the Stormers as their communities collide. Estes recommends completing both trilogies before The Earth Dwellers, which unites their casts and closes the combined sequence. The two series develop separately before converging in The Earth Dwellers.
