The text speaks of the winter of the spiritual cycle, which witnesses the death and disappearance of divine growth and extinction of the light and love of God, and of a new springtime that appears when the cycle begins again. A speaker in the text hopes that the lights of the Sun of Reality will illumine the whole world so that no strife and warfare, no battles and bloodshed remain.
The text says man is progressive and nature is stationary, without the power of progression or retrogression. The text says man is endowed with ideal virtues, for example intellection, volition, among them faith, confession and acknowledgment of God, while nature is devoid of all these. The text explains a declaration as meaning that the mercy of God encircles all mankind, that not a single individual is deprived of the mercy of God, and that no soul is denied the resplendent bestowals of God.
