About this book
Warren Commission (04 of 26), Hearings Vol. IV, is a volume of hearings before the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy. Mr. Latona explains how a latent palmprint is compared with an inked palmprint, with a check made for the location of certain points.
Mr. Eisenberg asks whether a roll of gummed tape bought at Woolworths would have those marks on it, and Mr. Cadigan says no. Mr. Eisenberg asks whether it only gets the marks when put in the dispensing machine used in commercial establishments, and Mr. Cadigan says that is correct. Mr. McCloy raises with Mr. Carswell whether or not there was security provided for the Speaker, who is next in line for the Presidency. Mr. Carswell says that after the assassination in Dallas, the Secret Service initiated protection of the Speaker.
