1. Douce est le féminin de l'adjectif doux. Frais est
un adjectif masculin; le féminin est fraîche.
2. Nous avons un certain nombre d'adjectifs qui ont
au féminin une forme irrégulière:

The beautiful lady had a long conversation with Remi. Her voice was sweet and frank. "You will stay with my son. You will talk with him and your comedians will dance for him. You will play his favorite plays. You will certainly be happy here with us on this boat." Remi thanked the lady and kissed her hand affectionately.
