The core argument is that the Epstein-Barr virus sits behind a long list of chronic conditions, and that certain foods, above all sixteen ounces of celery juice taken on an empty stomach, undo the damage. Doctors and registered dietitians who have examined these claims report no supporting evidence. He also earns from supplement recommendations and affiliate links attached to the protocols, so the advice and the products are not separate. Treat what he writes as one man's belief system rather than clinical guidance.
