On nous promet, d'ailleurs, des nouvelles fréquentes: Cosima, qui écrit les lettres comme madame de Sévigné sera ponctuelle et fidèle, pourvu, toutefois, qu'on lui réponde aussi fidèlement.
Nous continuerons donc à tenir haut et ferme le drapeau de l'art, à combattre le bon combat jusqu'au triomphe final de notre cause....
Et, après le baiser d'adieu, nous nous en allons stoïques, emportant du bonheur....
