Principais Achados na OCT
• Os nódulos de Dalen-Fuchs são lesões nodulares hiper-refletivas no
nível do EPR.
• Perdas difusas da MLE e do complexo IS/OS/EZ são comuns,
juntamente com o descolamento seroso da retina e uma coroide
espessada, que devem melhorar após o tratamento.
• Irregularidades permanentes do IS/OS/EZ e MLE podem persistir.
